Designed by renowned industrial designer Eiji Mitooka, known for projects such as the "Seven Stars in Kyushu" cruise train and the Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen, Rinrin Club Okagaki combines aesthetic appeal with practical amenities. The facility allows cyclists to bring their bicycles inside while taking a break and offers maintenance facilities, free bicycle tools, an air pump, bicycle stands, and outdoor hand- and foot-washing stations, ensuring a comfortable experience for cyclists.

Adjacent to the facility is the "Hokuto Shichisei" tourism station, operated by the Okagaki Town Tourism Association. Together, they serve as a tourism hub for the area, offering access to local attractions and serving as a gateway for further exploration.
